DSA Management Team

DSA’s management team offers comprehensive expertise, based on decades of collective experience working with senior U.S. and Asian business executives, government officials, and stakeholders. Since 1996, when DSA was formed by Andrew Saidel and William Farrell, DSA team members have worked on complex business and policy issues, bringing hands-on perspective to our clients from the initial sales call to design and implementation of solutions. Senior Associate Tomohisa Koyama joined DSA in 2005, after serving as an official in Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for over a decade.
